Cancellation & Refund Policy

Rakshan offers a subscription cancellation policy where users can cancel their subscriptions through the "Account" section of the platform or app. Cancellation requests are processed at the beginning of the next billing period. Rakshan may also terminate subscriptions if payment methods are no longer valid. For Rakshan , a full refund is available within 14 days of subscription if not used.

Cancelling your Rakshan Subscription:

• Administrators Needed: 
  You must be an administrator with billing permissions to cancel.

• Cancellation Effective at Next Billing: 
  Your subscription will be canceled at the start of your next billing period (every 6 monthly).

• No More Access:
   Once cancelled, you will no longer have access to your data.

• Contact Support: 
  If you have multiple Rakshan products, contact support@Rakshan.in for cancellation, says Rakshan software.

Rakshan Refund Policy:

• Full Refund within 14 Days:
  If you cancel within 14 days of subscribing and haven't used Rakshan app at a live event, you can get a full refund.

• Refund Processing:
  Rakshan states they will take action to send the refund immediately and that you should receive it in your bank account within a few days.
